MEET THE FOUNDER

Hi everyone my name is Hugh Smith, let me introduce myself. I’m a 15 year veteran of the Canadian nation Gymnastics Team. I have traveled the Globe competing at the Highest Level of Athletic Performance.

In addition to competing I have been coaching all levels of acrobatics for the past 25 years, including training some of the Worlds best Acrobats and Performers coaching for Cirque du Soleil.

As someone who has always been passionate about helping people and coaching people to find fulfillment in their lives, Hugh has shared this positive message with thousands of people through public speaking ,life coaching and most recently by introducing the Power of Breathwork.

Group Breathwork Journey

A group breathwork journey involves using breathwork techniques similar to the 1 on 1 sessions. The most common technique used is Holotropic Breathing, this activates the bodies sympathetic nervous system (our fight or flight) allowing us to access stored trauma in the body only in a safe and controlled environment . This immersive experience is done accompanied by music and sound, to enhance the collective breathwork experience and create a supportive and transformative atmosphere for participants.

Athletic high-performance breathwork techniques can be a game-changer for athletes, as they can enhance stamina, endurance, energy levels, and recovery. 7 MORNINGS

The 7 Mornings Breathwork course is designed to guide you through a transformative journey of mindful and conscious breathing for 14 days. Each morning, you will be guided through a short breathwork practice that will you start your day with intention, focus, energy and a sense of inner peace. By incorporating these techniques into your daily routine, you can experience improved mental clarity, reduced stress, and a deeper connection to your breath and body.

1 % CONCIOUS BREATHING

The “One Percent Conscious Breathing Challenge” encourages individuals to allocate a small percentage of their day to focus on conscious breathing. By consciously taking at least 100 breaths throughout the day, individuals aim to shift their immediate reactions and responses in various situations. This practice promotes mindfulness and helps individuals observe the impact of conscious breathing on their emotions and overall mindset.

7 NIGHTS

Seven Nights is a breathwork challenge designed to promote sleep, relaxation, and stress relief. Participants will be guided through a short nighttime breathwork practice to help them unwind, let go of the day’s stress, and prepare for a restful sleep. The challenge spans seven nights, and participants can expect improved sleep quality and a sense of calm and relaxation.
